VCR Reports: ROL 130 and ROL 500
Pega Smart Dispute for Acquirers application enables Acquirers to download ROL 130 and ROL 500 reports out-of-the-box. These are configured as VCR Reports in Pega Smart Dispute for Acquirers application and details/configurations can updated according to the business needs.

Implementation Guide
ROL 130 report (daily activity report) contains the following:
- All dispute and pre-arbitration questionnaires that are submitted and went through allocation or collaboration workflow.
- All dispute questionnaires where the cases have been filed and they went through allocation or collaboration workflow.
- Dispute responses.
ROL 500 report (financial reconciliation report) contains the following:
- The Financial Reconciliation Report tabulates all financial transactions submitted or delivered that were either settled or remain pending settlement during the specified date range.
- This is a report that the Acquirers can use for auditing purposes. It shows the financial effect of the transactions that Acquirers are both receiving and sending through VROL.
