VCR: SLA Processing details

Pega Smart Dispute for Acquirers application manages the dispute lifecycle timelines by using standard SLA agents within Pega. These SLA rules are configured out-of-the-box at respective dispute stages and are configured based on the standard Visa timelines for VCR for each processing stage (for example: Dispute, Dispute response, Pre-arb, and more).
