Email channel, email channel

When referring to email channels, you must differentiate between an Email channel (sentence case) as a UI element and Pega Platform feature, and email channel as a general concept in communications.

Note:
  • By configuring an Email channel, you can use it as a Pega Email Bot in your application.
  • The courier company's email channels are always open.
