Overview
In the Retrieval Request Notification, the Issuer must specify the Retrieval Request Notification Message Reason Code and the Function Code. This section describes the conditions for American Express retrieval request function codes.
In the Initiate Retrieval Request screen, Itemized document code, Request reason for copy & Chargeback reason display conditions have been modified.
As per the following indicators and transactions, retrieval request itemized document code value signed support (01) must not be visible.

The POS First and Second Presentment (1240) message is an Expresspay Transaction that started at a Transit Access Terminal (TAT) (based on the Point of Service Data Code – Position 4 = Z (Transit terminal) and Position 6 = X (Contactless transaction). | |
The Transaction must have one of these Merchant Category Codes

In the above cases, when the document type is 602, then in itemized document code, the Signed Support(01) value should not be visible.
