Representment multi prong
When the Issuer selects Multi prong as a Representment action on the Representment summary screen, the following actions are displayed.
Pega Foundation for Healthcare
- Write-off
- Cardholder liable
- Initiate Final Chargeback
The Issuer must select Initiate Final chargeback and select either Write-off or Cardholder liable as a multipronged action.
Upon submitting the case, respective accounting happens for the Write-off and cardholder liable and case route for Initiate final chargeback screen.
Representment details footer
The Issuer can verify the Representment details in the footer under the AMEX tab of the Representment details screen.
