Recording and processing compliance
To record and process compliance in Pega Smart Dispute for Issuer, the Issuer initiates compliance by entering the Pre-Compliance details and records the liable party as determined in the association network ruling.
Initiate compliance
On the Initiate Compliance screen, the Issuer reviews the following information that has been auto-populated from the Pre-Compliance details and edit any details except the amount information.
- Amount
- Type of violation
- Date of violation
- Actual filing date
- Delivery Tracking Number (Case ID)
Record association ruling
On the Record Association ruling screen, the user can select either Issuer, Acquirer, or a combination of both as a liable party as per association ruling.
- If the user response is Acquirer, the case must resolve as Acquirer liable.
- If the user response is Issuer or Both (Issuer and Acquirer), additional actions must display to resolve the issuer liable amount as Write-off or Cardholder liable.
