Representment process
The Issuer changes related to representment process are detailed in this section.
Once the case is resolved as a Chargeback, the Issuer can reopen the case when they receive a representment as a response from the Acquirer.
On reopening the case, the Process Representment Documents screen is displayed. The case waits until the Issuer receives the required document and selects the appropriate option to proceed further. The Issuer verifies the suspense details when the Representment suspense opens with the Corresponding Chargeback amount for the dispute.
