The PostInboundPreCompliance data transform rule perform post processing actions on submit of inbound Pre-Compliance information.

- Invoking ValidateProcessIssuerLiabilityActions Data transform by passing InboundPreComplianceAmount as a parameter for LiablityAmount to Validate Process liability actions in case of Acceptance.
- When InboundPreComplianceAmount is less than DisputeAmount, setting the Acquirer Liable amount with the difference between Dispute Amount and Inbound Pre-Compliance amount.
- When Inbound Pre-Compliance response is Accept partially, setting the Dispute amount to Amount Outstanding.
