AMEXMultipronged flow
The AMEXMultipronged flow is used to handle the scenario when the Issuer selects Multi prong as a Representment action at the Process inbound Representment screen. Based on the selected Multipronged action, the case routes to Initiate Pre-Compliance or Initiate Final Chargeback along with Write-off or cardholder liable actions.
