Refreshing CTI link connection status
You can refresh the connection status and re-query session information at any time.
- In the navigation pane of App Studio, click .
- In the list of computer telephony integration (CTI) settings, click CTI link setup.
- On the CTI link setup page, click the More icon in the row of the CTI link for which you want to refresh the connection status, and then click Refresh.
