- Understanding people-based paid media artifacts
Paid Media Manager generates and continuously updates a number of artifacts on ad platforms to enable targeting individuals with next-best-action decisions.
- Monitoring Outbound Runs and Real-time Container Updates
Use the Data Flows landing page to monitor the progress of each ongoing outbound run or real-time container update. The Data Flows landing page provides developers and application users with an overview of the current state of each run or update.
- Monitoring paid synchronization jobs
Use the Sync Tracking tab on the Settings Channels Paid Media landing page to monitor the status of paid synchronization jobs across segments, real-time, and scheduled runs. The Sync Tracking tab is used as a debugging tool for the Paid Media functionality.
- Error and Warning Handling
The Next-Best-Action Designer displays errors and warnings resulting from each scheduled and real-time paid run. Errors and warnings are displayed chronologically for the Next-Best-Action hierarchy level and paid destination on which they occurred.
