Add plan

The Add plan component facilities in creating a plan for any case type in the system.

The first step of this is to select the appropriate plan from the auto complete as shown above and the corresponding goals and tasks can be modified by deleting or adding the new details. Then assign each individual task and goal to the respective user.

Upon submit, a Plan wrapper case is created as a child to the current case and the Goals and Task cases are created as a child to the Plan case.

There are 2 ways of populating the autocomplete list which is used to assign the tasks and goals. This can be controlled using the Parameters of the Add plan flow as shown below.

  1. Participants – When this option is selected, the assign to list would be the list of work parties in the case.
  2. All Operators- When this option is selected, the complete list of operators are shown.
