The view of procurement bids is restricted by a when rule that checks for privileges. You can restrict users from accessing the Bids tab or allow them to view it. For example, restrict the tab for market analysts who are not authorized to view bidding data.

1. In Dev Studio, search for and open the ShowBids privilege rule.

2. On the Roles tab, ensure that you list only the access roles for which you want to display the Bids tab by performing the following actions:

   • To grant access to the tab to a user, add the access role of that user to the privilege rule.
   • To restrict access to the tab for a user, remove the access role of the user from the privilege rule.
