Each procurement is reviewed by an evaluation committee that a procurement officer adds in the initiation stage of a new procurement. Define the members of the committee by creating operators in the appropriate access group.

1. In Dev Studio, create operator IDs for the evaluation committee members in the PegaGP:ProcurementsEvaluator access group.

   Note: If you define a set of users for your implemented application that is different from the default set, use the ProcurementsEvaluator access group for that application.For more information about creating operator IDs, see Creating an operator ID.
2. Optional:

   If you chose an access group that is different from PegaGP:ProcurementsEvaluator, update the AccessGroup parameter of the EvaluationCommitteeDetails section with that access group.
