Plan Template case is used to manage the plan template details, like adding a new plan template or updating the existing plan templates.

• Each plan has a name, description, SLA details along with Goals and Tasks
• Each Plan can have any no of Goals and Tasks.
• Task can be part of a plan directly or it can be part of a goal.
• Each goal has a name, description and SLA associated to it, along with list of tasks.

This case is implemented using PegaPS-Work-Manage-Plan class.

This case can be launched by any user from his caseworker or case manager portal from the New menu.
