Viewing device logs

After you retrieve a device log, view the log to troubleshoot and support mobile apps without disturbing the device users.

Before you begin: Retrieve the logs from a device. For more information, see Retrieving device logs.
  1. In the header of Dev Studio, click the name of the application, and then click Channels and interfaces.
  2. In the navigation pane of App Studio, click Channels.
  3. In the Current channel interfaces section, click the icon that represents your existing mobile app, and then click the Log history tab.
  4. Click View log history on the right side of the screen.
  5. Click a link that points to the PegaMOBILE.log file.
  6. Optional: Change or remove the log filters, or change the number of lines that are displayed.
  7. Click Apply.
Result: A log file is displayed. Scroll down to view the most recent log entries.
