Pega Warranty provides integration of the repair order and claim data with the automotive industry standard – STAR data model.
A SOAP service supports the XML feed processing for the repair order or claims, based on the
input data provided. The service accepts the STAR format request XML in the
ProcessRepairOrder parse XML rule and sends the response acknowledgment XML
in the AcknowledgmentRepairOrder STAR format.
