Report Description: This report should show average time taken by each of the claim record for Processing.

Report Frequency: Daily/Weekly

Reports class: PegaX12-Data-N837 and PegaHC-CLM-Work-Claims.

Approach 1: Populate a clipboard pagelist with details from both reports. Get Total elapsed time from each report definition average. Section as widget.

Approach 2: Sub report in One class called from another class.

Properties: Day portion of pxCreateDateTime(X-Axis), Average from each report definition(Y-Axis).

Filters: Day portion of pxCreateDateTime, Claim media type(Only in claims class).

• Average Time Taken for creating the Work Object (from 837 to Claim WO in New Status - Component 1).

• Average Time taken to process a claim through Adjudication (Complete Adjudication - Component 2).

• Approach1: Not achievable with chart in section.

• Approach2 : Achievable. Will be created with columns if drill down is required.
