Claims - Post claim (outbound to Smart Claims Engine)
This is the connect rule to post the claim from Pega Smart Claims Engine for Healthcare to external system. At any given point during the adjudication, if user wants to post this claim to the external system user should call this connect rule with the id of the claim to post the claim JSON to the configured URL.
