In the first step of the CE_HospitalReadmissions collection, Smart Claims Engine for Healthcare checks at the claim level to ensure that DiagnosisType = “ICD 10”. When it is not ICD-10, Smart Claims Engine for Healthcare stops the collection rule and the claim is not eligible for readmission.
