FraudQuestionnaire section

Use the FraudQuestionnaire section to display specialized fraud questions that users must answer when they did not authorize a transaction.

Pega Smart Dispute for Issuers

The system displays the Fraud questionnaire section as part of the Customer interview process, when the customer answers the question Which of these best describes your issue? by selecting I didn't authorize the transaction (Fraud).
