Create Transaction Exception Case flow

The Create Transaction Exception Case flow displays the flow that you use to create a transaction exception case.

For example: The following figure shows a flow diagram of Create Transaction Exception Case flow:

Create Payment Exception Recovery cases activity

The Create PER Cases activity creates a child case (zelle dispute) based on the customer selection of the SelectedTransaction step page.

The EvaluatePERTransType decision table stores the conditions and actions of the Zelle transaction type and dynamic reference of a Zelle case type.
