Zelle dispute process

Updated on June 20, 2022

Zelle is a peer-to-peer (P2P) payment service used by two customers to transfer funds directly between their demand deposit accounts over the Real-Time Payments (RTP) or ACH networks. Using the new Zelle case type built on Pega’s Payment Exception Recovery workflow, US Issuers can create a dispute case and manage those disputes for Zelle payment transactions.
