ResolveCustomerLiable flow

Use the ResolveCustomerLiable flow to perform customer resolution actions when the case needs to resolve as customer liable.

Pega Smart Dispute for Issuers

Customer liable accounting is a subprocess that invokes the Accounting flow by passing the following parameters:

  • DebitFrom: Customer
  • CreditTo: Network
  • AccountingEvent: Customer liable
  • AccountingAmount: .Transaction.PostedAmount
