Zelle sample resolution email templates

In the various Zelle case type flows, an email correspondence is sent to the customer with appropriate verbiage when a case is resolved so that the customer knows the outcome of the case.

Pega Smart Dispute for Issuers

The following resolution statuses will initiate an email correspondence:

  • Resolved-Refunded
  • Resolved-Corrected
  • Resolved-NoAction
  • Resolved-CourtesyWriteOff
  • Resolved-SenderLiable
  • Resolved-Credited
  • Resolved-Reversed
  • Resolved-Returned
