Configuring real-time containers

Configure real-time containers to make use of decisioning functionalities and implement the Customer Relationship Management solution in Pega Customer Decision Hub for Financial Services.

You can make use of the following decisioning functionalities:

  • The Next-Best-Action widget in the Customer Service interaction portal
  • The Self-Service Advisor window
  • The Web Self-Service banner images
  • The Sales Automation Top Offers for Sales Rep widget
  • The Sales Automation Next-Best-Action widget
  1. In the Pega Customer Decision Hub portal, click ContentReal-Time Artifacts and go to the Containers tab.
  2. Configure the following real-time containers to enable these functionalities:
