Defining email accounts

Updated on October 19, 2020

You can define email accounts for use with your application.

Pega Customer Decision Hub for Financial Services uses the following two Outbound email accounts to manage outbound email transactions.
Default
This system-wide default account for sending emails is also the default account for sending email treatments in actions.
PegaMKT-Work
Used to send campaign-centric emails such as campaign approved and campaign suspended.
Note: You can install prepackaged connectors for email service providers (ESPs) Mailgun, SendGrid, and Mailjet. The connectors help reduce deployment time by automating the configuration of an email account. ESP connector packages are available for download on Pega Exchange.
