Optional: Configuring Pega Customer Decision Hub for Financial Services to support the Pega Customer Relationship Management features
If you want to use Pega Customer Decision Hub for Financial Services with the Pega Customer Relationship Management suite, review the configuration of decisioning services, verify the top level SR class, and configure Pega Customer Decision Hub for Financial Services to use Pega Sales Automation for Financial Services cases.
- Log in to the Pega Platform as an administrator.
- In Dev Studio, click and verify that all decisioning services have the status Normal.
- Click and verify that the top level SR class is set to CRM-SR.
- Log in to the Pega Platform as any operator who has PegaSA:MarketAdmins as their secondary access group for the Pega Customer Decision Hub for Financial Services implementation application.
- Click to open the PegaSA_Marketing application.
- In the Dev Studio header search text field, search for and select the ConfigureNBAA activity.
- Review the descriptions provided for each of the activity parameters and update the default parameter values to support your implementation environment.
- Click .
- When the activity is complete, open the Records explorer and click .
- Open the following agents and verify their status:
- PegaCRM-Artifacts – Enabled
- PegaMKT-Engine – Enable all the agents under this agent schedule
- PegaMKT-FieldMarketing – Enabled
- To make sure that the remote host is mapped correctly, click .
- If the NBAA host is on the same server as the Pega Sales Automation application, in the Gateway URL field, enter http://<host>:<port>/prweb.
- If the NBAA host is on a different server than Pega Sales Automation, in the Gateway URL field, enter the PRGateway URL (http://<host>:<port>/prgateway/). For more information, see Configuring Web Mashup with the Gateway Configuration Console on Pega Community.
- Add PegaSA:MarketReps as the secondary access group for your sales representatives' operator accounts.
- Log off and restart the application server.
- Verify the default destination ruleset for the
PegaSAHC:MarketReps access group.
- Click .
- Open the PegaSA:MarketReps access group.
- In the Advanced tab, check that the Default destination ruleset is set to an open ruleset version of SA-Artifacts.
- Edit the SFAUserProfile authentication profile and enter the user credentials for an operator that can be used to test the campaigns.
- Edit the NBA service package and enter SPMHC_Sample:SalesRep in the Service access group field.
- Edit the SFAEndPointSvcLocMktAct dynamic system setting and enter SAHC-Sample-Work-Task-CustAct in the Value field.
- Click Test connectivity.
