Testing the translation package
After you import a translation package, test your application with the new locale to ensure that the translated values are accurate and visually accessible.
- Checking the translated values in the application
After you import translation files by using the Localization wizard, use the Locale Settings tool and the Localization inspector to review and verify the translated rules.
- Localizing forms by using the Localization inspector
Use the Localization inspector to review and update field value rules in language-specific rulesets that are associated with labels, captions, messages, tooltips, and other text elements on user forms and portal displays.
- Localization wizard
Use the Localization wizard to make an application available in additional languages. The wizard automates many of the steps necessary to create language-specific rulesets.
- Versions
Use this tab to update any version rules defined for this ruleset, or to create additional versions.
- Configuring a property security rule
Enter the privilege an operator needs in order to access the property secured by this rule. Operators who attempt to access the property in the Report Browser must have at least one of the privileges specified on the property security rule.
