Color Picker

Updated on April 5, 2022

Use the Color Picker to preview, define, and select colors for styles in a Skin rule.

You can identify colors using one of the following:

  • CSS hexadecimal value (such as #F0B9C7)
  • RBG value – Enter three integers between 0 and 255 for the red, green, and blue parts
  • Sliders – Adjust the sliders or select a custom color from the box. The RGB values display.

Standard tab

Select a color. It displays in the New Color field. Click OK to apply that color to the current skin element and close the Color Picker. To specify a transparent background, click No Fill.

Custom tab

Define a color using the sliders or by entering red, green, and blue integer values. The color you specify displays in the New Color field. Click OK to apply that color to the current skin element and close the Color Picker.

Recently Used

This tab displays up to eight colors you have selected recently with the Color Picker.
