A Pega Warranty Product inquiry case allows a dealer or a supplier manager to review detailed
product information from multiple sources and display it on a single screen. In the auto
layer, all of the data is displayed as a Vehicle inquiry case. The input is a serial number or
a vehicle Identification number (VIN). The Product inquiry and the Vehicle inquiry cases are
supported on a mobile devices using the Pega Mobile application.
