While reviewing a correspondence verification assignment, a supervisor can elect to return the assignment to the initiating operator for repair. This flow controls what happens to the repair assignment.

If the user encounters any exception at Repair correspondence stage, supervisor will be able to abandon correspondence, resend correspondence or transfer the assignment.
