Adjusting your time zone on the Pega Field Service Dispatcher portal timeline

By default, you, as a dispatcher, view the timeline in your time zone. To adjust the timeline and display the work orders relative to that time zone, perform the following.

  1. In the Pega Field Service Dispatcher portal, select a time zone from the list at the upper right corner of the timeline.
