Rescheduling a selected work order on the Pega Field Service Dispatcher portal timeline
As a dispatcher, you can reschedule a scheduled work order if, for example, the customer cannot be present at the job location at the original time. In such a scenario, the field worker notifies you to reschedule the work order to a different time or date.
In the Pega Field Service Dispatcher portal, on a selected work order from the timeline, drag a work order within the timeline of the same field worker.
