Bookmark items to add them to Recents in the User Portal for quick access.

You can bookmark the following case types:
- Account
- Activity
- Appointment
- Contact
- Fund request
- Household
- Lead
- Opportunity
- Organization
- Task
- Log in to Pega Sales Automation.
- In the User Portal, select a case type and navigate to it.
- Click the item that you want to bookmark.
- Click .
- Optional: To remove an item from Recents, open it and click
