Bookmarking an item

Bookmark items to add them to Recents in the User Portal for quick access.

Pega Sales Automation Implementation Guide
You can bookmark the following case types:
  • Account
  • Activity
  • Appointment
  • Contact
  • Fund request
  • Household
  • Lead
  • Opportunity
  • Organization
  • Task
  1. Log in to Pega Sales Automation.
  2. In the User Portal, select a case type and navigate to it.
  3. Click the item that you want to bookmark.
  4. Click ActionsBookmark to recents.

    Result: The selected item is saved to Recents in the User Portal.
  5. Optional: To remove an item from Recents, open it and click ActionsRemove bookmark.
