Viewing and resolving duplicate leads

View potential duplicate leads and resolve the duplication to prevent redundant data in the system and ensure that sales forecasts are accurate.

You can view leads with potential duplicates directly on the Leads landing page or while creating or updating a lead, individually or through bulk import.

Note: The system only compares leads of the same type. For example, when you create an individual lead, it compares the data that you enter against all the existing individual leads in the system. If a business lead matches your data, but no individual lead matches your data, the system does not identify the lead as a potential duplicate.
