Editing data collector information
When changes occur in your organization, you might need to modify a data collector’s information.
- In the header of Pega Workforce Intelligence, click .
- On the Organization page, click Data Collectors.
- Click the More options icon beside the user and click
Edit.
- On the Edit window, modify the appropriate information in
the following fields:
Field Description First Name Modify the data collector’s first name. The first and last name appear on the list of data collectors.
Last Name Modify the data collector’s last name. Primary ID You cannot modify this field. Alternate IDs Add or delete additional network IDs that the data collector uses to complete work. When you add an alternate ID, any work the data collector completes with this ID is associated with the Primary ID for reporting purposes. If you are adding multiple alternate IDs, type an alternate ID and then click outside of the Alternate ID field. The ID you added is displayed in a bubble, and you can click back inside the Alternate ID field and repeat the steps to add the next alternate ID. To remove an alternate ID, click the X for the ID. Any alternate IDs you remove become primary IDs when you submit your changes for this data collector.
Team Select the team to which this data collector belongs. If you move the user to a different team, that change takes effect after the user’s current shift ends.
Assigned Configuration Select the configuration that you want to assign to this data collector: - To indicate that this data collector inherits the configuration options assigned to its team, select Inherited.
- To indicate that this data collector uses the default configuration that was set up for your organization, select Default.
Custom configuration files might also be set up for your organization. Consult with your system administrator to determine which configuration file should be assigned to this data collector.
- Click Submit.
