For easier viewing, exclude disabled departments and teams from the list of departments on the Departments tab.

1. In the header of Pega Workforce Intelligence, click AdministrationOrganization.
2. On the Organization page, click the Departments tab.
3. In the upper-right corner of the page, on the Actions menu, click Hide Disabled Business Units.
