Prepare better for your Microjourney with App Studio enhancements (8.6)
Promote low code while planning your Microjourney™ with new improvements in App Studio. For unambiguous communication of your business goals, you can now edit your application name, URL, description, and business objectives directly in App Studio. Consequently, you ensure that users can view and analyze results that they can achieve by using your application. Previously, editing such information required switching to Dev Studio.
The following figure presents sample information that you can share with users of your application:
For greater clarity, the Case types landing page in App Studio now displays only the referenced data object for every case type, and you can check associated personas directly in the case type. In App Studio Case Designer, after you select a channel associated with a persona, or a data object, you can immediately view related information, such as a complexity or a target release. In previous releases, editing additional details required opening a separate dialog box. Now, you can access relevant information about elements of your Microjourney faster, as in the following example:
With another enhancement introduced in the application inventory, you can manage your features more efficiently, because now you can categorize features. When you assign categories, for example Widget or Security, you inform your development team what types of features need development, which can be helpful in estimating development efforts.
