Viewing work assignments with conflicts

Updated on December 20, 2022

View work assignments that encountered a conflict. Conflicts appear in the list when an automation was run successfully, but completed with errors.

In addition, if an assignment did not meet any validation criteria in the case, this assignment is also listed as a conflict (and returns the data that did not meet the applicable validation criteria).

  1. In the navigation pane of Pega Robot Manager, click Unattended RPAIssues.
  2. Click the Conflicts tab.
What to do next: Review each automation that encounters a conflict. In such a review, as an automation developer, you might need to, for example, update validation rules or review the format of the values that are returned by the automation.
