The Engagement section in the Build tab enables the configuration of the modes in which the Campaign engages with the customers.

Clicking the Configure button launches the Configure Engagement modal window which presents the following three engagement types:

• Campaign schedule
• Real-Time events
• Real-Time containers

Users can enable multiple engagement types on the same Campaign.

• Campaign schedule
• Configuring event-driven campaign execution
• Exposing the results of a marketing campaign to real-time channels
• Configuring a Fallback Strategy
