Pega Smart Dispute for Issuers application provides bi-annual compliance updates for all associations (Visa/Mastercard/Amex). However, during the compliance cutover period, there can be inflight disputes initiated before the cutover date that are still in progress during/after the cutover period.
To handle these compliance inflight disputes, Pega Smart Disputes for Issuer application provides additional features which can be used by operators to review the dispute history and proceed with the dispute processing accordingly.
Enable this setting if your clients want additional features enabled for Inflight disputes during the compliance cutover periods.
