Actions in an action bundle can be categorized into the following two rules:

• Parent action - Each bundle must have one parent action. Typically, the flow for the parent action will propagate the offering of its member actions. For example, the parent flow will send an email with details about its member actions and action links to respond to the actions.
• Member action - Each bundle can have multiple member actions.
