Wrapping up an Outbound Campaign

Once an Outbound Campaign has finished running, the user can perform one of the following actions:

Pega Customer Decision Hub
  • Edit – This action allows the user to update Outbound Campaign details and enter actual values for data collected and other pertinent information about the Outbound Campaign and its outcome.

  • Wrap-Up – This action allows the user to complete the Outbound Campaign and is available in the Actions menu. The user must select a value for the Outbound Campaign ’s outcome and can enter an outcome note as well.

    Upon completion of this action, the Outbound Campaign moves to the Completed stage.
