Exporting reports

To automatically export the report results and send them out by email, schedule a recurring task.

Pega Customer Decision Hub
Tip: A recurring export of report results is suitable for relatively low-volume reports that should be delivered to specific operators, for example, some KPI reports. For higher-volume reports, consider establishing an ETL process. For more information, see Accessing Interaction History data for external reports.
  1. In the Customer Decision Hub portal, click ReportsReport Browser.
  2. In the Public categories list, select Interaction History.
  3. Click Take action on report, as in the following figure:

  4. Click Schedule.
  5. In the Task Scheduling section, configure when the report should be sent out, as in the following figure:

  6. In the Task Output Processing section, select the file format and recipients for the report.
    You can only send the report to users who have operator accounts in Pega Customer Decision Hub.
  7. Click Submit.
